Woodies: are these the correct collectors prices?

I have seen recently on the main auction site, some new old stock wooden rackets, such as Wilson ones (Evert, Connolly Auto) and Dunlop ones (Maxply Mc Enroe) with prices ranging from 500 to 600 USD (..!)

Up to now I had seen such prices only for the most valuable early fiber/graphite ones....could anyone let me know if these are correct collectors values, for these frames?
