New (9-15-11) TWU: Spin and Impact Location

A new TWU experiment examines the relationship between spin and impact location (above, below, or on the long axis) and also how increasing twistweight affects the outcome. The surprising result is that below the axis impacts produce more spin than anywhere else, but adding weight to the periphery can change (and even reverse) the maximum spin impact location.
