February 25, 2011, 10:30 am - (2 years ago) I play tennis alot and i have MAJOR strength imbalance. I use a fairly heavy racquet (12.3oz) and my right side is much stronger than my left. To make things worse, I use a one hand backhand so my left side gets absolutely no work out except for tossing the ball on my serve... I cant even swing my racquet with my left arm...
