Just strung Isospeed How long will it last?

I just strung Isospeed classic professional 17 crosses 58lb with KIlip legend gut 18 at 55lb. Even though the Isospeed package said to string 10-15% less I thought I read on some of the posts that it loses tension immediately and I strung it 3 lbs higher then the gut. It is a great feeling setup but I am wondering how long the isospeed will last and how will I know when it is done.
