June 22, 2010, 11:56 pm - (2 years ago) Right now, I have a really hard time playing two days in a row. I can do it, but on the second day, I'm really sluggish.
I'd eventually like to play 4-5 days a week during the summer, and possibly 3 times a week in the fall.
On the second or third day in a row, lactic acid buildup is too much, and my game tends to fall apart: I don't have much velocity on serves, a hair late on volleys, etc.
What can I do to build up my endurance? Playing a lot of bad tennis to build up endurance is not high up on my list. :) Click here to read full article
