A Telling Retail Story...

So I'm in a local S***** A******* buying some tennis balls and lead tape. An employee introduces himself and says he's the new guy in charge of the tennis section.

He asks if I know anything about tennis stuff. I tell him, "A little, just enough to be dangerous."

He then asks me, "What do numbers like 16 and 17 on the string packages mean?"

Is it any wonder that new players who buy through big box retailers are sent on to courts ill-equipped? That so many noobs are injured?
